1. Acceptance of Terms
By using India Costartup, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Terms & Condition at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date of this terms of service. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms of service on the Site.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse or violation of the terms.
3. Types of Accounts
- ◉ Individual Accounts: For startup seekers, job seekers, and investors.
- ◉ Business Accounts: For startups, MSMEs, businesses and organizations.
- ◉ Social Media Accounts: For networking and updates without matchmaking.
4. Use of the Platform
(a) The company only acts as a connector — helping two or more people meet and start a business. It makes clear that India Costartup is not part of the business itself. It doesn't handle operations, finances, or decision-making for those businesses.
(b) India Costartup Company and its founder are not liable for any financial outcomes, including profits or losses, resulting from businesses formed through the platform.
(c) You will start your business with another partner, depending on your own risk and trust. If you get cheated later, the company and its founder are not responsible for any misconduct, fraud, or disputes that may arise between partners after connection.
(d) We may modify these terms for any reason at any time by posting a new version on our website or application. These changes don't affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Please review these terms periodically for changes.
(e) You agree to use the platform only for startup and business purposes and refrain from posting false, misleading, or inappropriate content, and from engaging in spamming or harassment.
5. Profile Responsibilities
As a user of India Costartup, you are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of your profile information. You must ensure that all details provided—whether as an individual, startup, investor, or service provider—are truthful and up to date. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, submit false or misleading information, or upload fraudulent documents. You are also responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. India Costartup is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain your account securely or from any false representations you make on your profile. Misuse of your profile or the platform may result in suspension, deletion, or legal action.
6. Profile Switching
(a) India Costartup allows profile switching within the app. You may maintain and toggle between multiple user roles under a single account.

(b) Each profile type has role-specific features, visibility settings, and recommendations based on your selected mode.
(c) You are responsible for ensuring that each profile you manage contains accurate and relevant information based on the selected role.
(d) India Costartup reserves the right to monitor usage and take action against abuse or misrepresentation across roles.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant India Costartup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.
8. User-Submitted Content
India Costartup allows users to post and share a variety of content, including business profiles, job postings, investment opportunities, startup ideas, resumes, documents, and messages. As a user, you are fully responsible for the content you submit to the platform. This means you must ensure that your content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and does not violate any third-party rights or the community standards of India Costartup. You must not upload or share any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities. By submitting content, you grant India Costartup the right to display, distribute, and use it as part of its services. However, we do not claim ownership of your content. India Costartup reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that is reported or found to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our Terms of Use.

10. Profile Verification
To ensure a secure and trustworthy community, India Costartup requires users to verify their profiles. By initiating the verification process, you agree to the following terms:
1. EligibilityOnly registered users of India Costartup are eligible for profile verification. You must ensure all information provided during registration and verification is accurate and up to date.

3. Verification Process
◉ For Individual and Social Media Accounts:
Purpose
The Aadhar is used to verify your identity for access to blue tick verification on your India Costartup account. By using your ID for verification, you consent to the use and processing of your personal information as per privacy policies and applicable laws.
ProcessThis verification process typically involves providing your Aadhaar number, Your Name and Date Of Birth only. The information provided on Aadhar must be accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for providing correct details on Adhaar.
SecurityThe authentication process is designed to be secure and prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.
RevocationIndia Costartup Company may revoke or suspend access of blue tick verification on your profile or your account if you violate terms or if your ID information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
Dispute ResolutionIf you have any issues or concerns regarding the use of your Aadhaar for verification, you can file a complaint with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

◉ For Business Accounts:Eligibility
Only officially registered businesses operating in India are eligible for Business Account verification.
Accepted DocumentsYou must submit one of the following valid business identifiers for verification:
✔ CIN (Corporate Identification Number) – issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
✔ GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number)
✔ Business PAN (Permanent Account Number registered under the business name)
ProcessYour submission will be reviewed by our verification team within 24–48 hours.
Additional documentation may be requested if the submitted details are incomplete or unclear.
Approvalupon Successful Verification Your Business Account will receive a blue Verified badge, visible on your profile.
The badge confirms your business identity but does not imply any endorsement or partnership with India Costartup.
Rejection & Re-VerificationIf your verification is declined, you will receive a notification with the reason.
You may resubmit corrected or alternate documents for a new review.
Data SecurityYour business documents are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes.
India Costartup will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent unless legally required.
Misuse & FraudSubmitting false or altered documents will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
India Costartup reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent submissions.
11. Purpose of Profile Verification
At India Costartup, profile verification plays a critical role in building a trusted, transparent, and secure community for entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses.

Verification confirms that your identity or business is authentic, helping you gain the trust of other users, partners, and potential investors.
2. Prevents Fraud and ImpersonationVerifying your profile helps protect the community from fake accounts, impersonation, and fraudulent activities.
3. Improves Visibility and TrustVerified profiles receive a blue badge, which increases your profile's credibility and visibility across the platform.
4. Enables Better NetworkingVerified users are more likely to connect, collaborate, and do business with each other, knowing that identities have been confirmed.
5. Compliance and AuthenticityFor business accounts, verification ensures legal compliance and affirms that the business is officially registered and operational.

13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our platform if you violate our terms of service or engage in any form of misuse. This action may be taken without prior notice in cases where your behavior poses a risk to the platform, other users, or our operations. Misuse can include activities such as fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or any actions that compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
India Costartup is not liable for decisions made through the platform, third-party disputes, or service interruptions.
15. Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Arrah, Bhojpur, India.
